Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring an Service Excellence Marketing Intern in Singapore (Kallang) for the H1 2027 cohort. The internship starts in January 2027 and full-time commitment is preferred.

You will support marketing and communications, collaborate on content across platforms, manage the Services Community Portal, and help plan cross-department sessions while gaining exposure to data-driven campaigns and digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interest in marketing, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong digital proficiency and familiarity with modern marketing tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing and communications support for internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop and produce marketing content (newsletters, social media, intranet updates, campaign materials, videos, and event-related communications).
  • Manage the Services Community Portal by updating content, improving structure, and ensuring information is organised and easy to navigate.
  • Plan and coordinate Lunch & Learn / Dinner & Learn sessions for cross-department stakeholders.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of marketing and service-related campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, stakeholder interactions, and necessary administrative follow-ups.
  • Conduct research to generate insights for campaigns, including audience analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry best practices.
  • Support post-campaign evaluations through documentation, insights consolidation, and recommendations for future improvements.

Ready to launch your career? As part of the Service Excellence team, you will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, enhance customer and employee experiences, and support sustainable business growth.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, drive process simplification, and deliver impactful events and campaigns using data, automation, and digital solutions.

What will you do:
