Job summary

Join us as Services Planning & Order Management Intern to make an impact!

Location: Kallang

As part of the Service Planning and Order Management team, this role contributes to business performance by leveraging digital solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and provide accurate, timely visibility into revenue and billing forecasts. The position supports daily planning operations, including work order backlog management and resource allocation, enabling efficient service delivery and continuous operational improvement.

What will you do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and consolidate relevant business and operational data to support decision‑making and process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Data Stewards and the Order Management team to maintain, validate, and tag asset information in accordance with contractual requirements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Data and Reporting Analysis Support
  • Extract, collect, and consolidate relevant SAP data tables, mapping and transforming data to develop clear, structured, and actionable reports that enhance business visibility and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with Spare Parts Planners, Offer Marketing, and the Order Management & Planning Manager to develop and maintain reporting solutions, including:
  • Lead Time Offer for Services Report to provide visibility into service delivery timelines and planning requirements.
  • Services Entitlement Certificate Automation, including populating and validating certificate information through macro-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present information clearly.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, data cleansing, and data quality management principles, with the ability to work with and analyze large datasets.
