Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT Service Management / IT Operations / Enterprise Monitoring
• 5+ years in ServiceNow platform with deep TSOM focus
• Strong expertise in TSOM modules and ITOM components
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end TSOM architecture aligned to IT Operations strategy
• Design scalable and resilient TSOM solutions leveraging ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Observability and AIOps
• Drive architecture decisions for hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-prem environments
• Lead TSOM implementations across large enterprise landscapes and define integration patterns with monitoring tools and CMDB sources
• Mentor developers and operators on TSOM standards and conduct design workshops with stakeholders
• Implement AIOps-driven event correlation and proactive observability
• Govern TSOM governance, guardrails, and upgrade strategies
