ADVANCE SOFTWARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead enterprise-scale transformations across global environments. You will own discovery, mapping, event management, CMDB architecture, and platform governance, driving scalable, compliant ITOM architectures and governance.

This senior technical leadership role demands proven experience delivering large-scale ITOM programs in regulated environments, with strong mentoring and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5+ years in ITOM.
• Proven track record leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Own Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and platform governance strategies.
• Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, security controls, and governance frameworks.
• Lead integration design using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party monitoring tools.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural oversight to ServiceNow teams.
