Job summary
TECHCOM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow infrastructure specialist to manage platform infrastructure, implementation and upgrades in Singapore.
You will maintain Linux-based environments, handle databases, load balancing and networking, and ensure high availability, disaster recovery and platform resilience. The role requires strong PKI expertise, service security practices, configuration and troubleshooting of ServiceNow MID Servers, and ongoing performance enhancements.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform infrastructure, implementations and upgrades.
- Solid knowledge of Linux administration, databases, load balancing and networking.
- Experience with High Availability and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong understanding of PKI, certificates and security practices.
- Experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting ServiceNow MID Servers.
- Supports platform performance, stability, maintenance and upgrades.
