Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments from design to deployment, located at Alexandra, Singapore. The role requires hands-on implementation, strong ITSM expertise, and extensive scripting and integration capabilities.

The ideal candidate will manage CMDB/Discovery, Service Catalog, and platform upgrades, while supporting production environments and third-party integrations within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, including solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, workflows, platform upgrades, and production support.

4. Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
