Job summary

STARHUB LTD. seeks a ServiceNow Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to perform basic administration and advanced platform development under guidance.

You will collaborate with architects to build workflows using Now Assist and Flow Designer, driving AI-powered automation and scalable, clean solutions. You will implement end-to-end automations, support GenAI feature rollouts, and enhance UI/UX with Configurable Workspaces and Service Portal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ServiceNow experience with a strong grasp of the data model and security (ACLs).
• Proficient in JavaScript and Web Technologies (HTML/CSS). Familiarity with the ServiceNow Glide API.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to streamline ITSM and CSM processes.
• Support the rollout of GenAI features, including Virtual Agent enhancements and automated case summarization.
• Develop and configure intuitive interfaces in Configurable Workspaces and the Service Portal.
• Assist in the health and governance of the CMDB, ensuring CI data is accurate and aligned with Service Mapping goals.
• Participate in sprint planning and migrate legacy processes into ServiceNow.
