Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain applications, workflows, and automation scripts. You will manage deployments across Development, UAT and Production, while supporting UAT, testing and fixes.

Key duties include addressing VAPT findings, planning production data migrations, and providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades. Agile delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience in case management or workflow-based apps on ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting UAT, production deployments, data migration and VAPT remediation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, reports, forms, business rules and automation scripts.
• Manage deployments across Development, UAT and Production environments with planning, validation and post-deployment checks.
• Support UAT including test case prep, defect investigation and fixes.
• Address VAPT findings and implement security fixes within agreed timelines.
• Plan and carry out production data migration with validation and reconciliation.
• Provide maintenance and operational support including troubleshooting, incident resolution, bug fixes and upgrades.
• Deliver enhancements and change requests as per requirements and project schedules.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with PMs, admins, security teams and business users.
