Job summary

DEEEPLABS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, implement and optimize ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge modules.

You will build workflows, service portals, and integrations, while working closely with customers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable configurations and provide post go-live support in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in production environments.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with Flow Designer and catalog development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication.
• Knowledge of security: roles, groups, ACLs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discovery sessions to gather requirements and success criteria.
• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules and related capabilities.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Develop Service Portal or Now Experience components for self-service.
• Implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Support CMDB processes and data quality initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Execute SDLC activities and deployments using update sets.
• Provide post go-live support and conduct root cause analysis.
