Role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, building features with Glide APIs, and integrating REST/SOAP services.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on ServiceNow experience appropriate to the level.
• Proficiency in JavaScript — Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and IntegrationHub patterns.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Able to translate requirements into platform solutions with analytical rigor.
• Good communication with technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Senior/Lead level: owning architecture artefacts and leading client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions per client requirements and best practices.
• Build platform features using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Glide APIs.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Translate requirements and user stories into functional solutions with BAs, architects, and clients.
• Manage project processes: technical documentation, integration design, work‑effort estimation, delivery.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies; provide timely updates for proactive client communication.
• Senior/Lead: mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, lead client workshops, contribute to pre‑sales.
