Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and create workflows, forms, and automation rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Identify and fix non-functional and non-compliant outcomes.
• Implement best practices for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes.
• Conduct unit and system testing.
• Deploy applications into UAT and production environments.
• Support platform upgrades and implementations.
• Perform system health checks and platform monitoring.
• Collaborate with architects for coding standards and solution design.
• Provide additional support as required.

• Identify and fix non-functional and non-compliant outcomes, ensuring alignment with ITSM/ITOM standards and governance.
• Implement best practices for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes.
• Conduct unit and system testing to ensure defect-free delivery.
• Deploy developed applications into UAT and production environments.
• Support platform upgrades and ongoing implementations.
• Perform system health checks and platform performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with architects for coding standards, technical best practices, and solution design.
• Provide additional support as required within role capacity.
