Job summary

TECHNOTRANS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a service technician to perform maintenance on chillers at client sites and in-house, with on-site and in-house work and opportunities for training at HQ in Germany or subsidiary offices. Willingness to travel overseas is required for certain assignments.

The role involves prompt response to service calls, completing tasks accurately under supervision, and supporting team operations through ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Basic refrigeration or electrical knowledge required.
• ITE Certificate in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on chillers at client sites or in-house to ensure equipment functionality
• Respond promptly and professionally to client service calls to address issues and provide solutions
• Complete all assigned service tasks accurately and efficiently as directed by supervisors
• Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor to support team operations
• Participate actively in training programs at HQ Germany, subsidiary offices, or On-the-job to enhance technical skills
• Travel overseas may require for work assignments, managing tasks effectively while on assignment

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess basic refrigeration or electrical knowledge to perform maintenance and repair tasks
• Hold at least an ITE Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or an equivalent qualification
