Job summary

FRONTIER FORCE TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a Service Technician to provide field support and maintenance for physical security systems in Singapore. You will handle surveillance cameras, access control, and intrusion alarms, ensuring optimal operation and security across client sites.

The role requires hands-on diagnostics, on-site work at residential, commercial, and industrial locations, and occasional after-hours support to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and respond to service calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems, including hardware, wiring, and software components.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify and repair technical issues with security devices, cabling, and network components to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Work closely with other service technicians, project managers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work on-site at various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required depending on client needs.
