Job summary

ADEMCO SECURITY GROUP is seeking a field service technician to perform service and maintenance on security systems at client premises. You will liaise with client representatives, assist in deploying teams for service deliveries, and help ensure timely troubleshooting and maintenance of systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.

Ideal candidates are independent, self-motivated with 2+ years of relevant experience and a background in electrical/electronic engineering.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflow on security systems.
• Liaise with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Assist supervisor in deploying teams for service deliveries and assigning responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor to ensure timely troubleshooting and maintenance at client sites.
• Ensure works comply with Workplace Safety and Health Act.
