Job summary

Winterhalter Singapore Pte. Ltd. is expanding and seeks a Service Technician to join our team. You will troubleshoot, service and repair commercial dishwashers and related systems on customer sites across Singapore.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment installation and commissioning, plus preparing reports and training customers. A valid Class 3 license and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of service/maintenance experience.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial dishwashers and related systems.
• Perform on-site inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Install, test and commission new equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency breakdowns.
• Provide training to customers during site visits.
• Generate and submit service and job reports.
• Follow up with customers on repair needs.
• Use CRM systems for job allocation and customer records.
• Assist with spare parts ordering.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial dishwashers and related systems.
• Perform on-site inspections and preventive maintenance services.
• Carry out equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency breakdowns, including selected weekends and public holidays.
• Conduct site visits and provide equipment/operator training to customers.
• Generate and compile service and job reports.
• Follow up with customers on repair and service requirements.
• Use computerised job allocation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Assist with spare parts ordering when required.
• Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant service, maintenance, engineering or technical experience preferred.
• Entry‑level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Relevant electrical knowledge/qualification and experience working with single-phase and three-phase equipment is required.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good spoken and written English.
