Field Service Engineer - Commercial Dishwashers

Job summary

Winterhalter Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team and service commercial dishwashers across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning, and provide on-site Training for customers. You will participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours breakdowns, maintain service reports, and use CRM systems to track work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant service or maintenance experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience with single-phase and three-phase equipment.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service and repair commercial dishwashers and related systems.
• Perform on-site inspections and preventive maintenance services.
• Carry out equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Conduct site visits and provide equipment/operator training to customers.
• Generate and compile service and job reports.
• Follow up with customers on repair and service requirements.
• Use CRM systems to manage work orders.
• Assist with spare parts ordering when required.
• Work independently while contributing as part of a team.
