Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Service Crew/ Supervisor (Spanish cuisine) in Singapore. The position offers 5.5 days (or 5 days when busy), with a 44-hour workweek and a monthly salary of SGD 2,800–2,900 plus overtime.

The successful candidate will greet customers, take orders, and ensure an excellent dining experience while managing cash transactions and maintaining a tidy dining area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant service experience.
• Willing to work 5.5 days and 44 hours per week.
• Good knowledge of the menu and dishes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and deliver to tables.
• Understand menu, specials, and ingredients to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; keep dining area tidy and organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job scope:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
