Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG in Singapore is seeking a Service Specialist to efficiently manage schedules and resources for our deployment team. Qualifications

This will directly contribute to the success of our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide shared support to Service Sales & Operations team
• Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
• Effectively schedule on customer work orders until closure for Service Engineers, and ensuring smooth field support operations, to meet KPI.
• Monitor and follow up customer payments, if any

Key Competencies:

• Ability to excel in a dynamic setting with organizational and coordination skills
• Excellentcommunication skillsto enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel

Qualification:

• NITEC/Diploma in business administration or equivalent
• Previous experience in an admin or coordination role is a plus.
• Candidate without prior relevant working experience is welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
