Job summary

Rush Logistics & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly lounge attendant to welcome passengers, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist with menu inquiries and ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required as training will be provided; reading and speaking English is essential. Weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts may be required; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• No formal experience required; full training provided.
• Must be able to work day and night shifts; overtime may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Physically able to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet lounge passengers politely and manage service areas.
• Clear plates and cutlery; maintain cleanliness of the lounge.
• Answer questions about the menu and lounge offerings.
• Replenish drinks and table accessories; ensure quick order fulfillment.
• Handle customer concerns professionally; escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Read, write and converse in English.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet lounge passengers positively and politely.


• Clear plates and used cutlery from passengers' tables, politely and promptly.


• Ensure that the overall cleanliness of the lounge is well maintained.


• Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, or lounge offerings.


• Promptly clean all tables, chairs, and sofas, after passengers have vacated the area.


• Replenish all coolers and bar counters with the necessary drinks and table accessories.


• Ensure quick and correct order fulfillment and delivery


• To assist in covering any other job positions, as and when required by the working situation.


• Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.


• Ability to read, write and converse in English.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Good customer service skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long hours.


• Comfortable with laborious/physical work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, especially in busy or high-traffic areas.

• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours, based on airport operations
