Job summary

EVERGENCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Passenger Services Associate (Airport) in Singapore to assist travelers at FAST kiosks and bag drop areas, and to escort foreign crew from arrival to hotel and back.

The role also involves guiding passengers through check-in, security, passport control and lounge areas, plus gate handling. Shifts include day and night, 9 hours with a 1-hour unpaid break, and alternate 5/6 working days.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong customer service skills and good English communication.
• Presentable and well groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
• Able to stand for long durations and handle shifts of 9 hours with breaks.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers at FAST kiosk machines and bag drop areas.
• Escort foreign crew from arrival to hotel stay and from hotel to departure area.
• Escort passengers through check-in, security, passport control and lounge areas.
• Handle departure and arrival gate processes and related duties.

PASSENGER SERVICES ASSOCIATE (AIRPORT)

• Alternate 5/6 working days per week.

• MUST be able to attend face to face interview on 20 Oct, 4.30pm.

Job Description:

1. Assist passengers at the FAST kiosk machines/bag drop area
2. Escort foreign crew from arrival to hotel stay/from hotel to departure area.
3. Escort passengers from check-in through security checks, passport control, lounge area.
4. Departure and Arrival Gate handling
5. Other miscellaneous duties when assigned

Transport reimbursement claimable for shifts starting before 7am and ending past 11pm.

Requirements:

• Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
• Able to stand long hours
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills and command of English
• Possess basic computer skills
