Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer support experience in the construction industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with clients on service activities, work plans and scheduling.
• Work with operations to arrange manpower deployment and daily job assignments.
• Receive, log and process customer service requests with follow-through.
• Issue job instructions to ground teams and update work orders and schedules.
• Monitor equipment usage and prepare summary reports; support admin tasks.
