Job summary

KSB Singapore (Asia Pacific) PTE. LTD. seeks a logistics and service coordination professional to manage orders and deliveries for service works in the region. You will coordinate with service teams, suppliers and sites to keep operations running smoothly.

The role focuses on maintaining safety compliance, tracking certifications, and ensuring timely completion of field tasks across Jurong Island/Port as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for service works and issue POs to global or local suppliers.
• Follow up on POs and arrange shipments when ready.
• Apply entry passes to Jurong Island / Jurong Port and register safety induction for site works.
• Liaise with stakeholders on service schedules and deliveries of pumps, valves, equipment and spares.
• Work with service personnel to monitor progress and close completed jobs promptly.
• Record safety passes expiry dates and coordinate HR re-certifications/ renewals/ enrolments.
• Record and monitor equipment, meters, lifting gear, vehicles and other field items for inspection/calibration.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

• Follow up on purchase orders closely and arrange for shipments when ready.
• Apply entry passes to Jurong Island / Jurong Port (where applicable) and register safety induction course for service personnel before attending any siteworks.
• Liaise with stakeholders on service schedule and deliveries of repair pumps / valve / equipment / spares, etc.
• Work closely with service personnel to monitor work progress and to close the completed jobs in a timely manner.
• Record and monitor service personnel safety passes expiry dates and to interface with HR on re-certifications / renewals / enrolments.
• Record and monitor equipment, meters, lifting gears / facilities, vehicles, other field-related items for inspection and / or calibration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
