Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Storekeeper in Singapore to manage daily store transactions and maintain accurate records. You will check item condition and quantity, handle handovers, and supervise stock for workshops.

Responsibilities include stock taking, dispatch and receipt of documents and items, SAP entries for purchases, calibration tracking, and recalls for urgent work requests. The role requires reliability and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store transaction.
• Check physical condition and quantity; process handover & taking over documents.
• Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops; store keeping for individual workshops.
• Maintain proper records of all store transactions including filing; conduct stock taking.
• Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased; perform SAP on service and goods purchased.
• Monitor and send equipment for calibration and inspection; update records when items return.
• Recall during urgent work requests and perform other duties as assigned.
