Job summary

KSB Singapore (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent logistics and procurement administrator to support service operations in Singapore. You will process sales orders, raise purchase orders to global or local suppliers, and coordinate shipment arrangements.

You will apply entry passes to Jurong Island / Jurong Port and schedule safety inductions for service personnel. You will liaise with stakeholders on service schedules and monitor equipment and personnel to ensure timely completion of

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for service works and issue purchase orders to global or local suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders closely and arrange for shipments when ready.
• Apply entry passes to Jurong Island / Jurong Port (where applicable) and register safety induction course for service personnel before attending any siteworks.
• Liaise with stakeholders on service schedule and deliveries of repair pumps / valve / equipment / spares, etc.
• Work closely with service personnel to monitor work progress and to close the completed jobs in a timely manner.
• Record and monitor service personnel safety passes expiry dates and to interface with HR on re-certifications / renewals / enrolments.
• Record and monitor equipment, meters, lifting gears / facilities, vehicles, other field-related items for inspection and / or calibration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
