Job summary

TLG Gourmet Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Front-of-House role to welcome guests, take inquiries, and provide prompt, professional service throughout the dining experience.

You will verify orders for accuracy and presentation before serving, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations. Work includes clearing items, maintaining dining area cleanliness and presentation, handling guest feedback, and escalating issues to management when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, address inquiries, and provide prompt, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Verify the accuracy and presentation of food and beverage orders before serving, and ensure timely service in accordance with company standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
• Clear, collect, and return food and beverage items to the designated service areas, while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues, escalating matters to management when necessary
• Maintain the readiness, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area in accordance with restaurant standards
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
