Job summary

TEN-LEAGUE ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Singapore to ensure timely delivery of heavy equipment and seamless on-site service flow.

You will liaise with customers, distributors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels. You will work closely with engineers and mechanics to follow up on service calls, manage delivery information, and build strong relationships with management and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience coordinating service operations, preferably in heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of service operations objectives and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, distributors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Coordinate work flow and information for on-time arrival of heavy equipment and delivery updates to customers.
• Ensure smooth daily service operations and resolve on-site issues and service levels.
• Liaise with existing customers to handle inquiries and feedback and follow up with engineers on service calls.

Job Description:

• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Coordinate work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.
• Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.
• Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiry and feedback.
• Work well with the engineers and mechanics on the follow up updates of service calls and job delivery.
• Liaise internal daily operation movements.

• Must be responsible, committed and able to meet deadlines.
• Build good relationship with the management, team and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling service operation coordination, preferably in heavy equipment related industry such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators, trucks and forklift will be an advantage.
• Possess good understanding of business objectives in service operations.
• Deliver high level of service & performance – including balancing the resources, priorities of service requests and customer satisfaction / returns.
