Job summary

Accenture Song in Singapore is building multidisciplinary teams delivering design research, service design, interaction design and visual design for government, financial services, and enterprise clients. Designers operate across discovery to delivery, with three career levels offering scope, autonomy, and influence.

You will plan and run user research, frame problems, design end-to-end experiences, and collaborate with strategists, technologists, and product owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in service design methods such as journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Ability to frame problems and propose design directions with business context.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking across research, interaction, service and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research: interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, service safaris
• Translate research into actionable insights and design decisions
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients and end users
• Use AI tools to accelerate synthesis and generate first-draft insights
• Define design briefs from ambiguous inputs and frame problems appropriately
• Apply systems thinking to macro and micro service ecosystems
• Use business design methods (business cases, KPIs, operating models) to inform decisions
• Design end-to-end user flows across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
• Produce service blueprints, journey maps, and orchestration models
• Create and iterate low- to high-fidelity prototypes with AI-assisted tools
• Present work clearly in client reviews and steering sessions
• Adapt communication to diverse audiences and manage expectations
