You will manage records, data, and learning platform navigation while supporting data cleansing and issue tracking. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in a related field with strong organizational skills and proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, operations or customer service.
• Experience in administration or ops support is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and maintain filing repositories.
• Handle account creation, course registration, and LMS navigation inquiries.
• Log and escalate system or user issues with proper docs.
• Manage issuance and records of manual certificates.
• Monitor outstanding issues and follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist data extraction, cleansing, and validation tasks.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for processes.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervisor.
