Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is offering a 6-month Finance Operations support role starting mid Oct 2026. You will assist with month-end closing for all business units and handle payments to third parties.

Responsibilities include preparing audit schedules, journal entries, ensuring timely system postings, and contributing to system enhancements. Diploma in Accounting and 1-3 years of experience are preferred, with Oracle knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of finance operations experience.
• Experience identifying and co-implementing rigorous operational controls to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of finance operations.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process payments to 3rd parties accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end closing.
• Ensure all system transactions are properly accounted for in a timely manner.
• Participate in system enhancements and projects.
• Manage monthly staff claims processing.
• Liaise with internal or external stakeholders on accounting matters and audit.
