Job summary

gmp recruitment services (s) pte ltd is seeking a senior leader to head the Service Academy, driving service excellence across training, coaching, recognition, e-learning and communications. You will translate strategy into actionable workplans and oversee a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated learning journeys.

You will build strong relationships with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders, manage KPIs and audit-ready records, and foster a collaborative, high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing an L&D department.
• ACTA or DDLP certification is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for service excellence, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Turn department strategy into workplans and manage day-to-day operations.
• Lead and coordinate the team across training, coaching, recognition, e-learning, eDMs, events and admin.
• Oversee service programmes, including WSQ courses, service coaching, e-learning, recognition and learning journeys.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders, and partner HR, L&D and Nursing.
• Track KPIs, dashboards and deliverables, and keep training records audit-ready, including SSG requirements.
• Improve processes, systems and workflows, and bring new ideas to the Head.
• Coach team members and build a collaborative, accountable team culture.
