Position Details

• Position: Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)
• Location: Ang Mo Kio, few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4,200 basic + AWS + 14 days annual leave + medical benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Semiconductor & Electronics

Main Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission new equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out equipment assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrade and preventive maintenance.
• Perform other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide and maintain good customer service to customers.

Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair.
• Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior position.
• Able to support urgent service needs or after-office-hours work when required.
• Able to travel for business assignments at short notice when required.
