Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to deliver comprehensive after-sales service for scientific and biopharmaceutical equipment, including installation, commissioning, repair and preventive maintenance.

You will provide technical consultations, troubleshoot issues within agreed timelines, and prepare detailed service reports. A Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics is required, with at least three years in similar

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical service experience in installation, maintenance and commissioning.
• Experience in scientific/biopharmaceutical/medical industry preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and respond within targeted timelines.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment.
• Provide technical consultation to customers.
• Respond to customers' requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline.
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrica l, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service, maintenance, and commissioning
• Ideally process experience in similar industry ( Scientific / Biopharmaceutical / Medical )
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
• Experience in lab, cleanroom, bio containment environment or high plume fan will be an advantage
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
