Job summary

ITS Science & Medical PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced field service engineer to deliver after-sales support, installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance for scientific and biopharmaceutical equipment. You will advise customers and troubleshoot issues within agreed timelines, followed by formal service reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in similar technical service, strong communication, independence and teamwork, and a valid driving license.

• Provide technical consultation to customers
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline
• Prepare service reports

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in service/maintenance
• Ideally process experience in similar industry (Scientific / Biopharmaceutical)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
