Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.
  • Typically 2–5 years of hands-on field service experience.
  • Experience in naval, maritime, or military engineering and maintenance is welcome.
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of mechanical/electrical/electronic/marine equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of equipment and systems at customer sites.
  • Diagnose equipment faults and carry out corrective repairs to restore systems to normal operation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities in accordance with service schedules and technical procedures.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and end users.
  • Inspect equipment condition and recommend necessary repairs, replacement parts, or system improvements.
  • Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation following each service visit.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and spare-parts teams to resolve service issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers on proper equipment operation, routine maintenance practices, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with applicable safety requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Support equipment upgrades, modifications, sea trials, or field testing where required.

  • Candidates with relevant naval, maritime, or military engineering and maintenance experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or marine equipment, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, with the ability to work independently at customer sites and travel locally or overseas when required.
