Responsibilities

• Process customer workpieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom, conduct incoming/outgoing inspections and pack finished workpieces.
• Perform dicing and grinding on the company's equipment; collect measurement data to confirm conformity.
• Consult with customers to understand technical requirements and advise on optimal processing methods.
• Manage projects and act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
