ZI LIAN (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Service Engineer to provide expert technical support and maintenance services for our clients in Singapore. You will install, retrofit, maintain, calibrate machinery and respond to service requests on-site to ensure optimal equipment performance.

The role requires familiarity with semiconductor equipment such as ovens, EFEM, and wet processing, with a willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electronic)
• Experience with semiconductor equipment including ovens, EFEM, Wet Process and robotic arms
• Preferably 3+ years in semiconductor field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC literacy
• Willing to travel domestically and overseas
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and in clean room environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide machinery installation, retrofit, maintenance, and calibration services.
• Respond to customer service requests, troubleshoot problems, perform on-site repairs and testing.
• Deliver excellent customer technical support, after-sales service, and operation training.
• Assist sales with engineering documents, drawings, samples; prepare incident reports, machine buy-off reports, and simple SOPs; willing to travel; clean room work

About the role

As a Service Engineer at ZI LIAN (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients in Singapore. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' systems. You will work closely with our customers to address their service needs and help them maximize the performance of their equipment.

• Provide machinery installation, retrofit, maintenance, and calibration services.
• Respond to customer service requests to troubleshooting problems, take corrective actions, and complete on-site repairs including testing of the system.
• To provide excellent customer technical support, after-sales services, and operation training.
• To assist the sales division in preparing engineering documents/drawings/sample Able to prepare an incident report, machine buy-off report, and simple SOP. Possessown transportation andwilling to travel domestic and oversea Working inside clean room environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering mechanical or electronic or relevant.
• Familiar with Semiconductor machines Oven, EFEM, WET Process and robot arm
• Preferable 3 years and above of Semiconductor field experience.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office and PC literacy.
• Good discipline, punctuality, ability to deliver requested tasks and result oriented.
• Willing to learn new skills and work as a team.
• Willing to travel Outstation when necessary.
• Must be able to work independently & under pressure conditions.
• Willing to work in clean room environment (Class 100)
