Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a field-based Chiller Technician to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, and prepare detailed reports.

Commissioning for new installations will also be performed.

Salary: $2600 - 5000 (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and
• efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their
• chiller systems.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed.
• Collaborate with agent, customer and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
• Foster a collaborative working relationship with contractors, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving.
• Work closely with the contractor to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure all parties understand their responsibilities regarding safety.
• May involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
• Field-based role with travel to client sites.
• Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
