Job summary

Candidates should have a Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related field, with 2+ years of chiller/HVAC experience and hands-on troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical and control systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in chiller/HVAC servicing.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and troubleshoot chillers and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Test, commission and perform performance checks on systems.
• Attend service calls and resolve equipment issues at customer sites.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Job description

Salary: $3,000 - $4,500

Office Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers and related HVAC systems.


• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for chiller systems.


• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and control system faults.


• Carry out system testing, commissioning and performance checks.


• Attend service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues at customer sites.


• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.


• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or related field .


• 2+ years of experience in chiller / HVAC / refrigeration servicing .


• Hands-on experience with centrifugal, screw or scroll chillers is an advantage.


• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, pumps, cooling towers and controls.


• Able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.


• Comfortable working on customer sites and responding to service calls.
