Job summary

POH MENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated contracts and sales coordinator to support air-conditioning term contracts. You will prepare tenders, manage Quotations and Invoices, and ensure timely submissions and prompt payments.

You will liaise with owners, developers and authorities, coordinate technical teams for timely, quality delivery, schedule field crews, and address customer complaints with corrective actions. Knowledge of Chilled Water Systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders for term contracts relating to air-conditioning services.
• Create and manage Sales Quotations and Sales Invoices; ensure claim submission and payment promptly.
• Liaise with owners, developers and relevant authorities on term contracts.
• Coordinate and manage technical teams to complete term contracts with quality.
• Schedule and dispatch technical teams using manpower effectively.
• Address customer complaints/feedback promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions.
