Job summary

AUX Group, a global manufacturing and sales entity in Singapore, is hiring a Service Engineer to develop local distributors and drive sales growth. The role focuses on providing technical support, maintaining air-conditioning systems and home appliances, and delivering after-sales service across Singapore.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years in HVAC or related fields and be fluent in English and Chinese, with a relevant technical diploma. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen or PR; Fluent in Chinese and English
• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Thermodynamics, HVAC Engineering, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning (RAC), Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, home appliances or after-sales technical service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and after-sales service support to customers.
• Attend to service requests and technical issues raised by customers and business partners.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of air-conditioning systems and home appliances.
• Identify root causes of product and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support product installation, testing and commissioning where applicable.
• Provide technical advice and product guidance to customers and business partners.
