Job summary

CAN-CAN AIR-CON ENGINEERING in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee maintenance schedules, arrange site visits and liaise with suppliers and customers for parts replacement.

You will also support accounts to ensure timely payments and prepare quotations to drive project approvals and sales. Experience in service coordination and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer calls to provide timely assistance.
• Coordinate DLP activities and schedule air conditioning servicing to ensure maintenance compliance.
• Arrange project site visits and conduct rectification surveys with engineers to quote accurately.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to manage parts replacement efficiently.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with accounts to follow up on outstanding payments and support collections.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations to facilitate project approvals and sales.
