Job summary

RUI AN ENGINEERING is actively seeking a project-oriented engineer to oversee ACMV works in residential and commercial buildings. You will prepare shop drawings for approval, manage installation and commissioning, and design M&E solutions while coordinating with sub-contractors and consultants.

The role involves site meetings, drawing revisions, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems, plus reporting progress and tender estimations. Strong operational capability in HVAC is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical shop drawings for approval.
• Project management and site supervision of the installation and commissioning of ACMV works at residential and commercial buildings.
• Planning and design of M&E and Air-Conditioning works.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections with sub-contractors and consultants.
• Modify the M&E drawings according to site conditions.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
• Manage supervisors and workers to complete within limited time.
• Prepare monthly project progress claims/reports.
• Estimate and predict tender costs.
• Work experience in Air-conditioning/Chilled Water systems and Mechanical Ventilation.
