Job summary

technotrans technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced service technician to repair in-house chillers, provide on-site service and maintenance, and assist with installation and commissioning with training opportunities.

You will respond to client calls, handle assigned service tasks, and work independently while embracing learning opportunities including overseas training and potential international assignments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in refrigeration systems.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial cooling, electrical, mechanical and electronic work.
• Hold at least an ITE Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Repair in-house chillers to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Perform on-site service and maintenance for industrial cooling systems.
• Support installation and commissioning tasks with willingness to learn.
• Respond promptly to client service calls to resolve issues.
• Manage other service tasks to support team operations.
• Execute ad hoc duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
• Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Participate in training programs at HQ in Germany, China, or on-the-job.
• Travel overseas for service jobs when required, with travel allowance.

• Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Participate in training programs at HQ in Germany, Subsidiary Office in China, or on-the-job to enhance technical skills
• Travel overseas for service jobs when required, with travel allowance provided

Required competencies and certifications

• Knowledge or experience in refrigeration systems
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial cooling, industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and electronic skills
• Possess at least an ITE Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or equivalent qualification

• Willingness to learn installation and commissioning processes through training
