Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer to attend to customer enquiries and on-site service for chiller systems in Singapore.

You will troubleshoot, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely resolution of equipment problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in chillers/ACMV/HVAC, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead service teams and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in chillers, ACMV, HVAC or air-conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of chiller troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently, lead and coordinate service teams, and manage multiple tasks.
• Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
