Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks an on-site Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with Industrial UPS, DC power systems and batteries.

You will perform installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance on-site, ensure safety standards, and provide training to customers on startup and operation. Strong communication and PC skills are essential; 2-3 years in UPS/DC power is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years of UPS/DC power industry experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; PC skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for the use of Industrial UPS, DC Systems and Industrial Battery.
• Coordinate with end-users for on-site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure on-site work are carried out in safe manner, adhering to safety measures.
• Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC Systems.
• Follow up on maintenance contract and ensure work is carried out timely and on schedule.
