• Test according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate work of technicians on projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to SOCOMEC specifications.
• Troubleshoot installed Socomec equipment and diagnose installations.
• Detect and provide feedback on recurrent problems.
• Run training sessions for customers and distributors.
• Maintain sustainable relationships with customers.
• Provide basic information on daily use of the machine to customers.
• Increase distributor technical level through training.

Purpose of the role

The Service Engineer is responsible for the commissioning of new products, servicing & troubleshooting of installed products and customer and distributor training.

Responsibilities

• Apply installation & commissioning procedures on site

• Customize settings of UPS installations according to its environment

• Test according to customer requirement

• May coordinate the work of technicians on certain projects

• Servicing: execute preventive maintenance operations according to SOCOMEC specifications (replacement of usable parts)

• Troubleshooting of all installed Socomec equipment: diagnostic of installations

• Detect and provide feed-back on recurrent problems

• Run training sessions

• Maintain a sustainable relationship with customers

• Provide basic information on daily use of the machine to customers

• Increase technical level of distributor through training
