Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Service Desk / Call Centre Agent to handle incoming inquiries and provide first-line IT support on a 12-hour shift in an office setting.

You will troubleshoot basic workplace systems, Microsoft 365, network and server health checks, and log incidents in the service management system while keeping stakeholders updated.

The role requires a high school diploma, IT support experience is a plus, and rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IT support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries/requests via Call, Email, Webchat, IVR, etc.
• Perform 1st level troubleshooting of Workplace; Server; Network
• Handle Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; POS security monitoring
• Monitor server and network availability/performance; password resets/unlocks
• Log and route incidents to higher tier or Resolver Teams
• Record and manage all transactions/cases in the Service Management System
• Broadcast notifications to relevant parties; provide timely status updates
• Escalate cases and follow up until closure within SLA
• Ensure daily tasks align with Standard Operating Procedures
