Job summary

NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company, seeks a Service (Delivery) Management Officer to be stationed at the customer site and support the customer’s PM and NCS team members seconded to the project.

You will assist in procurement, project management, and operational support, participate in ASR/DR/BCP activities, and help ensure security through privileged account reviews and policy waivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, procurement, or IT operations support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with IM8 guidelines and Cybersecurity Code of Practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Procurement and Project Management/Operational activities for customers.
• Participate in ASR and remediation of penetration test findings.
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
• Respond to RFIs and surveys from customer staff.
• Perform monthly privileged account reviews for compliance and security.
• Raise waivers and manage exceptions related to IM8 and Cybersecurity rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and customer needs.
