Job summary

NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company in Asia Pacific seeking a Service Delivery Executive (Infra- EUC Centric) to oversee day-to-day operational support and ensure value delivery to clients.

The role requires 2-3 years in service delivery management or customer success, strong communication, and stakeholder coordination. You will manage a 50–60 Desktop Engineers team, drive improvements, and report on SLAs and KPIs to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a Service Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for all support related queries and issues.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Desktop Engineers (50-60) and oversee resource forecasting.
• Track SLAs and KPIs and provide regular operational reports to stakeholders.
• Identify service improvements and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
