Wild Honey Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly Service Crew for a part-time, casual, and flexible roster.

You will provide excellent customer service, recommend menu items, attend to guests promptly, and help in packing orders for dine-in, online, and takeaway. Shift work on weekends/public holidays is required, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.

Formación

• Minimum educational qualification: N-level or O-level.
• At least 1 year F&B service crew experience.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Provide menu recommendations appropriately.
• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to personal & food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the restaurant.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
• Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Assist in packing food orders in Kitchen for dine-in, online & takeaway orders.
• Assist in taking orders, seating guests, restaurant cleanliness, clearing tables, sweeping, etc.

Service Crew (Part Time / Casual / Flexible-roster).

Part-time: $14 per hour (weekdays) - $16 per hour (weekends)

PH: 2x rate

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Provide menu recommendations appropriately
• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Adhere to personal & food safety procedures

Requirements

• Willing to perform shift work schedule during weekends and public holidays
• Minimum commitment of 24 hours per week schedule.
• Basic qualification of N – level , O-level , or at least 1 year F&B Service Crew experience
• A team player with strong communication skills
